At Wolfried, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and integrity. Each product is carefully formulated, produced, and packaged with precision. Due to the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Non-Returnable Items: For safety, regulatory, and integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Tinctures, supplements, or powdered products once opened or unsealed
Perishable or consumable goods (including dehydrated treats)
Items marked as “final sale”
Returnable Items: Non-consumable items such as merchandise, accessories, or unopened packaged goods may be eligible for return if:
The item is in its original condition and packaging
The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery
Services (Meal Plans, Protocols, Educational Content)
Non-Refundable: All digital products, meal plans, protocols, and personalized services are non-refundable once delivered. This includes emailed documents, PDF downloads, or consultation-based plans.
Cancellations: If you purchase a service but wish to cancel before receiving the first deliverable, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. In such cases, we may provide a partial refund at our discretion, less processing fees.
Accuracy & Responsibility: While we strive to provide evidence-based, carefully designed nutritional guidance, our services are intended as educational support and not as veterinary care. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes for your dog, and results may vary.
2. Return Process

We will provide further instructions. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less shipping costs, once returned items are received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for processing.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Wolfried is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
7. International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs restrictions. Returns are accepted only if compliant with all import/export regulations. Shipping duties and customs fees are non-refundable.
8. Policy Updates
Wolfried reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website.
